Shipping Policy

Please read our Shipping Policy:

Processing time to make your products from scratch will take 2 – 5 business days after your payment is received and accepted. Business days neither include weekend nor federal holidays.

Shipping in the United States will be shipped via USPS priority mail or USPS First Class Mail and a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Packages should arrive within 1-3 business after being shipped – please check your tracking number.

International packages will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail International and tracking information will be provided for shipment.

Garner’s Garden is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages after the delivery has already been made and confirmed by the USPS. In these cases, the customer is responsible for contacting the USPS and submitting a claim for their packages that were lost or stolen. Garner’s Garden will neither provide a refund nor send new products if the shipment’s tracking number has been confirmed and delivered to the address.

In instances of items opening and spilling during shipment, please take a picture showing damaged products and send it to garners.gardn@gmail.com.

In cases where the package is returned to sender and Garner’s Garden is not at fault, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping cost or if buyer request a refund for purchase, there will be a 40% restocking fee because all products are handmade per order and the products will be destroyed.

If you are requesting a signature confirmation – please indicate in the notes section during checkout. Signature confirmation will cost the customer an additional $2.35 and a separate PayPal invoice will be sent to the customer’s email address. Packages will not ship until payment is received for signature confirmation.
